Boring Bin
The Boring Bin. It is situated in a corner of a room or perhaps under or next to your desk. Wherever you choose to place it; it is mundane, yet functions perfectly. It can even be argued that this is the ideal bin, acting as a chameleon to any interior setting not dragging attention away from the things that actually matter, the trash. During the Milano Design Week Space Encounters and Lensvelt presented the Boring Collection amid hundreds of thousands of wads of paper situated on the floor. These wads of paper were made by school children to give the presentation a playful element adhering to the concept of the Boring Collection.
The Boring Collection derives from archetypal products that Lensvelt acquired in the collection consisting of: desks, cupboards, office chairs, clocks and trash cans. However, now all in one consistent color Boring gray: RAL 7044. Material consists of powder coated steel.
