The Lensvelt HUB is a one stop shopping point for architects, plus a club for companies working with the architects.
A meeting place where information and leads are exchanged. Happening, good vibes, doing business together.
As of 1 December, several spaces will once again be available in the Lensvelt HUB.
The Lensvelt HUB is located on Herengracht in Amsterdam, near Dam Square. At walking distance from Amsterdam Central Station, which means only 30 minutes away from Schiphol Airport.
The popular shopping area 9 Straatjes is also right next door.
The building has a few public rooms, as well as ten spaces intended for the sole use of the participants.
The rent varies from €1.000,- to €2.500,- per month. The rental period is very flexible.
The Lensvelt HUB is for and by participants.
We therefore intend to have the Lensvelt HUB decorated with the products form these participants: tiles, hard floors, soft floors, all kinds of project furniture, carpets and drapes, all kinds of lighting fixtures, multimedia, domotica systems, etc.
Parking can be arranged after consultation.
The Stijlkamer (period room) from 1620, with its original decorated ceiling, for communal use.
Participants can receive guests or host presentations in this room while feeling as if they are back in the Golden Age (17th century).
The Tuinkamer (garden room) serves as the participants’ clubhouse. It is the area for lunches, dinners, and drinks.
This room is fitted with simple kitchen and shared cooling equipment.
The Tuinkamer has French doors leading to a large garden, which can also be used to lunch or have drinks in during summer.
The Gallery is flooded with light, and really catches the eye of passers-by walking through Herengracht/Raadhuisstraat.
This room can be used as a showroom. It is also suitable for meetings and drinks.
In the shared kitchen, professional dinners can be prepared.
Lensvelt organises a modest dinner every three months, like the Beefeater party, to which a wide variety of guests are invited: journalists, a designer, a client, a developer…
Participants are also very welcome to organise events such as these.
