At the start of the project NEM Energy/Siemens was involved from the very beginning before the new head quarters even existed. With the philosophy that good interior design has an unimaginable impact on everyone. What is of significance is the interior and exterior experience before the building exists in which they could then curate and influence the totality of expressed vision. They were able to visualize a world that arise different points of view and topics for discussion.

Large windows geared towards the highway with an atrium as a large meeting place in combination with an inside garden, a common meeting place, that is also an optimal space for events. Everybody has a view
(on the atrium) from their workplace, there is visual contact by employees that is deemed extremely important.

On collaboration with Lensvelt: for the workplaces, the core of the office, we placed the  height-adjustable CHTH desk designed by Richard Meier in 1996 for the City Hall of The Hague and the STEALTH Cabinet, designed by Wiel Arets in 1994 for the insurance company AZL both icons. The file cabinet is sound absorbing and sound insulating.
