Restaurant Putaine is located in the Floating Offices in Rotterdam, the largest sustainable floating office building in the world. This floating building was festively opened by the king in May 2021 and was developed by Powerhouse Company.
The restaurant was decorated by Joeri Horstink of design studio Rotganzen. The look of the restaurant is reminiscent of disco meets Miami Vice. Stylish and colorful; dark walls combined with different types of chairs in pink, blue and white, such as the D-Chairs by Lensvelt. The elegant Coquille chair, developed by Powerhouse Company in collaboration with Lensvelt, does not look out of place here either. The large open kitchen, the low spacious bar and an artwork of straws by Rotganzen are real eye-catchers.
